A New Year and Resolutions broken.

I bypassed getting my morning breakfast bagel when I saw that the manager of the shop seemed to be giving his staff a stern talking to. Then I remembered the email of complaint I'd sent to him saying how rude and sullen I thought his female staff were ( you know the type, facial expressions that are so ugly that you'd think that you'd insulted her mother when all you did was say thanks for getting your change ) - So I went straight to the studio determined to work without breakfast till lunch.

1 hour later and 1 bacon sandwich later Mmmmm ! I'm making good headway into the next show for the ITV series - easy going today I get a full 5 mins of music scored by 11:00am - I get a call from Simon who tells me that my demo for a new
radio commerical was accepted and will be going out across the uk next week - This sounds quite boring but the fun of this
particular add is that I'm singing on it ! and I can't sing ! - Its a joke commercial with a pretend 'pub singer' singing a really bad jingle and I am that pub singer - Ha ha ! - so proud. My singing debut accross the UK an it is SO terrible. I even made it more out of tune by shifting the pitch of the vocals in software. Made my day.

Met up with Victor and had a few jars from 11:30 - 2:30 - oops ! there goes the New Years resolution to stop drinking till March. The 'Amazon' caught up with us and we all went for DimSum for late Lunch - Felt pissed by 3:30 so back to the studio and power down then off home early. Makes up for working all weekend.

Much todo tomorrow and not much time to do it. There may be tears but a Pint and DimSum have to be looked after !
